#13 Extra ftypes
This patch adds some extra ISO ftyp brands (isml, piff for Microsoft Smooth and ccff for Ultraviolet) as well as some minor fixes required to compile without error under Ubuntu (mainly compile-time failures casting const char* to char*). It's unlikely that the various metadata edit commands will work with these new file types, but the atom tree is very useful when working with them.
