Quick overview of the major enhancements in AtomicParsley v0.9.0:
• implements using padding with the --overWrite cli flag for fast tag updates
• support setting/reading copyright notices (the only defined piece of textual metadata in the ISO specification) at movie & track level
• multiple language support for atoms which support them (3gp assets & iso copyright notices)
• standard uuid atom form to carry text or embed files for user-defined atoms

Latest release of AtomicParsley to set & read iTunes-style metadata in MPEG-4 files and now 3gp assets in 3GPP (and later) files. Changes from AP 0.8.4:

• full support for 3gp asset metadata (3GPP TS 26.444 version 6.4.0 Release 6 compliant)
• full utf16/unicode support under Win32 input/output
• support for fragmented files typically for 3gp files
