Need Help with Setting MetaData Language

I have MCEBuddy set to convert all my WTV recordings to an MP4 container with an 6-ch AC3 track and a 2-ch AAC track.

FfmpegMediaInfo recognizes that the source audio is english (eng) according to the MCEBuddy logs. However, the handbrake converter sets the audio language to unknown (unk).

Anyone know how to use atomicparsley to change all three streams (video, audio1 and audio2) to english from unknown? I want to add a custom command to the MCEBuddy profile so it is all automatic, ie. I don't have to do it with another program like Subler (what I am doing now).
