The install process looks fine. But when i want to start my NIC:

> [root@localhost network-scripts]# /etc/init.d/network start eth0
> Loopback-Schnittstelle hochfahren: [ OK ]
> Schnittstelle eth0 hochfahren:
> IP-Informationen werden für eth0 bestimmt..../network-functions: line 308:
> 30827 Getötet ip link set dev $1 up >/dev/null 2>&1

My Kernel version:
2.6.20-1.2933.fc6xen

Under the normal kernel the NIC works.

This problem occurs when the Xen kernel tries and fails to map IO memory for the atl1 receive buffers. I've posted a request for info at fedora-kernel-list and fedora-xen.
