The ground is being drawn incorrectly. It's either drawn
first or last (before or after all rockets), and so all
rockets are being drawn either in front of or behind the
ground. That is, if some rockets are below ground and
some are above, all are drawn either in front of or behind
the ground, depending on the position of the camera.
