#4 Category names not limited to 15 characters

I have been using Athletix for 9 months and have been
very pleased.

That said I am having trouble adding a new Activity
Category.

What I have done is:

From the Main Menu Selected "Add Activity"

It then asks that you selected a Activity to use as a
Template, which I have "Weights"

T have then Named the New Activity "Wrist / Shoulder"

The problem is when I select that Category and try to
Log information I simply get a blank screen, I can't
add any information. It creates a Blank Record. I can
delete the Record but can't edit it.
