Localization support in FreeWPS may require SQL changes

For any users of FreeWPS v2.1 RC2 and earlier, it may be necessary to augment the size of a field in the WPS_SETTINGS table to prevent localized strings from being truncated. A full review of the issue and its fix can be found at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=54474&atid=473864.
