#16 Small values for blocksize not accepted by the server

Small values for blocksize are not accepted by the server, despite the standard requires the min value to be 8.

Error is something like:
"options <blksize: 10,="" windowsize:="" 8=""> require roughly a blksize of 24 for the OACK."</blksize:>

The option string and value given will depend on the client, but the idea seemed to be that the oack pkt len cannot be greater than the blksize option to simplify the implementation... however, it breaks the RFC.
