#9 aterm: XError: Request: 14 on XFree=> 4.4

When using aterm with the "-sh" option in XFree> 4.3 or
Xorg I get the following error:
aterm: XError: Request: 14
Sometimes aterm refuses to start due to this error and
sometimes it runs fine.
It only happens with the -sh options so I geuss some
transparency functions have changed.
