Release 0.0.3 of ATEProg is out there... What's new:
- Added ispdongle driver, but no iSP support yet
- Some speedup of programing in atelib.c and e2000.c
- pl translation corrections
- Tuning of Makefile
- Change chips paramiters from static compiled table into external file
