#20 Athletes that are out should be greyed out at next attempt

With intermediate results, an athlete that failed on a previous attempt or has a DNS or maximum invalid attempts should be greyed out at a better attempt (or automatically been disabled that can be manually overwritten).

Please take a barrage into account as it may involve subsequent tries for failed hights.
