To allow scripts and functions that plot results of calculations, the format of the data out of the calculations needs to be specified.
atplot is AT's basic plotting tool that takes a lattice structure as input. This is actually more than just for plotting, since it also involves computation. One specifies which the local lattice functions that one wants to compute and this together with the lattice will result in a plot of those functions along with a visualization of the lattice itself.
Other visualization includes frequency maps and dynamic aperture.
