Thanks Laurent. It took me some time to locate the right files to modify. On my mac I do not have the file you mentioned. Nevertheless I have applied a similar patch in /Applications/MATLAB_R2016a.app/bin/maci64/mexopts I did successfully the modifications for these two files clang++_maci64.xml and clang_maci64.xml Thanks a lots !
