#6 Provide ATC-binding for MDT OCL

It has been said that we should put a wrapper around our OCL implementation, and provide an alternate implementation using MDT-OCL. When independence is needed, we will have a clear indication of what has not yet been independently implemented. Also translation transformations for OCL-based languages such as QVTc would enjoy complete execution support as guaranteed by the MDT OCL project.

We can study how this approach would affect languages such as QVTo. OCL is extended by ImperativeOCL, thus an OCL branch may contain mixed types belonging to both (sub)languages. QVTc and QVTr are not affected by this corcumstance.
