I'm sorry to say that I've had no time in the last 2 years to work on this project.
If you want to takeover the project I can add you to the project master but probably there are similar ongoing projects around.
I stopped my work on ataraxia long time before the first line of code so you can only find forum/mailing list discussion and probably an outdated list of related projects and people that 2 years ago where in the java/turn-based/multiplayer scene.

I don't know what are you looking to, and what are you planning to do. I think a good start could be to look at the few project listed on my site (http://ataraxia.sourceforge.net/javagames/env/list-projects.html) that have beed active in the last year:
I personally used nebula cards and submitted a few ideas/patches before starting to work on ataraxia design.
I also received recently a request for a payed job to enhance nebulacards for an online game server (I don't know how much was the pay, I had no time now).
