Latest asyncoro has SyncChannel and AsyncChannel. SyncChannel broadcasts a message to all coroutines that are currently waiting to receive a message, whereas AsyncChannel broadcasts to all recipients that have earlier registered whether they are currently waiting or not. These are not (yet) documented in the HTML document; see classes in the implementation for details.
