[Asymptote-developers] autotool files

I uploaded some files to http://asymptote.wikidot.com/config.  This is
just to make something available for your inspection, it's not a
complete patch.  I have to clean up my source tree before I can make a
clean patch.

The main thing to notice is the migration of config values from
settings.cc to configure.ac.  But I've also altered the configuration
load logic, which is spread across several files.  Also there are
various minor name changes, e.g. setPath -> init_ModSearchPath.

See the ChangeLog file for a summary.  It's incomplete, but not by much.
