#1 Cursor Hand on Controls

Hi there,

First of all, my most sincere congratulations for the
huge job done!

Now, the question: I was wondering if it would be
possible to have a default behavior in which the
clickable UI elements show the hand cursor.

I mean, when the mouse is over a tab in a JTabbedPane,
a bar on a JFrame, the selector on a JAccordion, ...
then the cursor shoud change to a hand.

I have tryed using .setUseHandCursor(true) on several
elements, but it only works for simple panels.
