#2 Update astyle to the latest version (1.21)

I have quite annoying problems with the astyle version ported preventing me to use it, which are solved in later versions.
I see that there are bugs reported which could be solved by updating to the latest astyle version.
It would be great to have the latest astyle engine working in the plugin!
