#602 When Astyle fails to open a specified file, the file is emptied

For some files sometimes Astyle seem not able to open it

Cannot open file
path\to\some\file.hpp
Artistic Style has terminated

in this case the file is emptied with no backup (.orig).
That is a problem when Astyle is used automatically just before submitting a change for example

using version 3.6.7
Astyle options: --style=allman --indent=spaces=3 --indent-switches --max-continuation-indent=80 --pad-include --indent-col1-comments --min-conditional-indent=0 --pad-comma --pad-oper --pad-header --attach-namespaces --break-blocks --squeeze-ws --squeeze-lines=3 --unpad-paren --close-templates --align-pointer=middle --align-reference=middle
