#80 Option for --remove-brackets to skip some if / else blocks

Hi,

Thanks for developing astyle. Say we specify --remove-brackets with this code:

if (cond) {
..statement;
..statement;
..statement;
} else {
..statement;
}

It would be nice to have the option to not remove else brackets in this case. This is required by Google style guide: "if one part of an if-else statement uses curly braces, the other part must too".

It would also be nice to be able to keep brackets if cond is multi-line, but that's not so important.
