Whats about CAPI ISDN interfaces? although these would probably be a 
little more tricky to put into a wizard becasue you have to load the 
kernel module (which would depend on the card you are using) and then 
sort out the capi.conf...

May be to difficult to do in a wizard as well but what about contexts.. 
for example our Asterisk box hosts the PBX for 2 companies.. depending 
on the inbound number the inbound call comes in on so the call is placed 
into and different start menu context.. The extensions for each company 
run in different contexts.. The voicemail is in different contexts.. and 
each companies "services" (local call dialout, international dialout, 
voicemailmain, etc..) are seperate contexts.. maybe my setup is more 
unique so an advanced config may be needed..

Config for the voicemail email sender , email subject and the voicemail 
notification email message content.. (a nice feature only supported by 
Voicemail2)

Maybe a config for queues and agents.. MySQL CDR or the recently added 
PGSQL CDR.. IVR menus with special extensions to record the prompts.. 
IAX trunk links bewteen Asterisk boxes..

Thats about all I can think of off the top of my head if I think of 
anything else I will let you know.. :)
