#4 popup ACT records based on CallerID

Hi there,

Interesting project. The mission statement mentions
dialing out of Asterisk from ACT! I would also like to
get record popups in ACT! based on incoming CallerID.

Taking that one step further, I'd like to be able to
route calls based on person assigned to the customers
record but I'd be extatic just to get record popups.
