I am getting this error upon install of all versions of AT:

    Unable to excecute file:
    C:\Program files (X86)\AstroTortilla\AstroTortilla.exe
    Create Process Failed: code 740
    The requested operation requires elevation.

The program worked flawlessly untill about 4 months ago and then it just would not start. I get a dialog box that says: "AstroTortilla has stopped working, Windows is searching for an answer" and then the box dissappears and nothing.
My laptop is a HP G6 running Windows 8.1

    Please help me!?!?

    Thanks

    New update:
I am still unable to run AT. I downloaded and installed the 64 bit version and got a different error. (My first post was with the x86 version)
The new error is as follows:

The instruction at 0x00007FFC8CE9796C refferenced memory at 0x0000000002B4353C. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc0000185.
Click OK to terminate the program..

I have done virus, malware and spyware checks and all are clean. CKDSK says my drive is fine and my memory tests fine with no errors.

Every other program on my machine starts and runs with no problems.
Any ideas would be really appreicated.

    Thanks

    Hi,
the message "The requested operation requires elevation." should look like you need to run AT in administratror mode, right click on AT and choose "run as administrator".
