I have AT 0.52 installed which includes astrometry.net 0.38. astrometry.net 0.43 has been released.

If I try to run AT 0.52 and select a Custom Install of cygwin and astrometry.net, it doesn't install 0.43

Does AT only update astrometry.net component when a new release of AT is available?
