Moved gpu to core in the directory structure, felt this described it 
better. Rename if you think of something better.

Added libastrog_ prefix to all the includes in the example .cpp and .h

Reworked the docs into a developer and a user manual.

Added automated version detection to the doxygen system.

I've also started work on a timing class.

Documentation in the user guide as to how to build the library would be 
great, in the meantime I can just compile manually for bugtesting. Check 
out docs/doxygen/user, as this is where is should go. Copy 
usr_headers.adoc as a template, and add your new file usr_build.adoc or 
whatever you wish to call it to the list in usr_main.adoc. No rush on 
this, but if you find you have some time to work on the library this 
would definately be something to consider doing first.
