Web based management and user interface for provisioning and also for customers to check balance and cdrs etc.

calling card resellers and distributors should be able to login from oscommerce, and print cards (after purchase) on a slip (credit card like)

This should be done. Needs pretty icons and stuff but the basics are there.

With AJAX to improve the user experience and speed up, as well as make it asynchronous, I think an interface similar to that of vtiger (just an example should work) ..

the header row should have (logo on left, current page in hierarchy, logged in (username) logged in time, ip/hostname, possibly a tickettape rss feed to update users on system wide status, news etc) preferences | help | logout (wasim 17:04) | search

second row should have the main menus, onClick, the third row should open with horizontal sub-menus, on mouseover, just show the menu as currently

on third row, show the current position in the menu structure in BOLD, then the commonly done tasks for this (we might need to revisit the interface spec for this), quick rate call, add, delete a single button for one popup with ALL MENUS

the bottom header info should have corporate details
a link should be to ASTPP - 100% open source billing
as well as disclaimer, page creation time
astpp version info, system host information

I think that most of this could be done in the templates. What do you think?
