#24 Packages not included in max length calculations

an account is in a pricelist that has a package attached to it with free minutes to a certain number\

but during dialing this package is not taken into consideration, and if the account has less credit available than the call, it won't go through
while rating the package is taken into consideration

for now i'll tell them to put $1 credit into each account to make sure this works, but how do we get packages to come into play

here is when the credit_limit < the cost of 1 minute of the call (although if anything it should take < cost / increments)
