[Astlinux-users] adding rw storage to Astlinux?

Greetings,
  Maybe I'm confused but I seem to recall reading something about needing to addread write storage to Astlinux because Compact Flash does not like writes and sotasks that do a lot of writing (logs perhaps) need to write somewhere besides the CF.
Am I remembering this correctly? What are the specifics and where are the instructions to do this?It's been a few years since I built my Astlinux machine so maybe I already did this and forgot.I'm on an HP thin client.
