[Astlinux-users] Ading Packages to the Development Environment

Hello,
I have successfully downloaded/complied the development environment, but 
was wondering how I add additional software into it before making the 
new CF Image.
There is a little text editor called Joe that I would like to add.
Hoping that someone could get me started on the right path.
