Tom,

I've updated Asterisk and zaptel in 0.4 SVN.  I should get a new set of 
images out tomorrow sometime.  I had a very busy week last week.  There 
are some minor changes that need to be made to the start up scripts for 
some of the newly added services (such as iaxmodem).  Otherwise, I think 
we're ready for 0.4.5 final.  There will be one more release candidate 
by tomorrow.  If that looks good, within a few days, we will release 0.4.5.
