Chris,

We are close to getting the Sangoma stuff working.  I worked out several 
other bugs over the weekend and bumped the version on the isdn stuff 
(thanks Ingmar for the feedback and help).  After I get a test version 
posted with the current working packages, I'll move on to wanpipe.

I will be uploading some 0.4 branch svn versions early tomorrow.  The 
early versions won't have the wanpipe stuff.

Issues that still remain:

wanpipe (Sangoma)
add additional zaptel binaries (ztcfg is there, the rest were 
temporarily removed)
timezone files need to be updated.  The upcoming daylight savings time 
changes take place March 11th.

The major parts are in place.  We will need testing to ensure any bugs 
are worked out prior to a full release.  I will post the link to these 
test images tomorrow.
