Asterisk 1.4 will not be in the 0.4 branch.  The latest 1.2 version of 
asterisk and zaptel will make it.

The default image size will remain at a size that will fit on a 64mb 
CF.  If you want a larger size you'll be able to grab the 0.4.5 tag from 
svn and build your own image.  There are alot of changes planned in the 
0.5 branch that will give you more flexibility.
