[Astlinux-users] requests for 0.4.5 release of AstLinux

1.  Add the sqlite database to the default image of
AstLinux 0.4.5.  I use sqlite for some special
Asterisk/database integration projects.
2.  Consider making the default Asterisk version from
the 1.4 branch.
3.  Make the default AstLinux image size 128 meg
instead of 64 meg.  This would be useful for adding
other custom programs of our own with more free space
available.  Also, release a 256 meg image too.
