Mark, Don't you think 166MHz might be a little on the slow end? The net4801-50 is $230 (quantity 20, board, case, power supply) for a proven, time tested, faster solution. By the time you add a PoE switch and IP phones, the CPU box savings is in the noise. It is real cool a home builder is considering this; a AstLinux box, Netgear FS116P PoE switch, a few SPA-942 phones. Great system for a $1000-$1500 extra. Much nicer than the Panasonic solutions of the recent past.
