166Mhz, don't expect any transcoding.

for a bit more, and still lower price than a soekris, have a look at :

800Mhz processor and Dom.

I use it and we can have more than 15 calls, some of them with 
transcoding (g729)

They will give you a good pricing for quantities, I paid around 180€ 
each buying 5.
We are reseller for these thin clients from epatec if you need a good 
pricing :)
Just try to buy directly from them.
