Hey guys, I want to install astlinux where the root ( / ) is readwrite instead of read-only. The reason i want this is so i can use the portage package and be able to install additional software at my leasure. How is this possible? on the source code i went to ./astlinux/trunk/target/generic/target_skeleton/etc and edited the rc file, but when i ran makeimage.sh command it wrote it as the original file, not as i edited it. How can i make astlinux mount / as read-write? Thanks in advance. --------------------------------- We won't tell. Get more on shows you hate to love (and love to hate): Yahoo!
