I read your original post obviously too fast and didn't notice that you
meant te_ptp not nt_... ;)

And yes, you can set te_ptp=3D1

However, I had no use for this setting before. I always used te_ptmp and
nt_ptp. So I am not familiar with te_ptp configurations.

What do you want to achieve with te_ptp? Maybe if you could detail this,
we could help.
