[Astlinux-users] Asterisk 1.4 Challenges for AstLinux

I am curious if there are any major challenges merging asterisk 1.4  
into AstLinux?

Just some small hurdles or are there mountains to climb?

PS:  Interesting lists.sourceforge.net requires me to have a  
postmaster address.  Do most people here simply auto-delete all  
postmaster mail?  This seems very attractive to spammers.
