I sent out an e-mail over two weeks ago telling everyone that I will be in Brazil for two weeks and that I might not be able to respond to issues as quickly as usual. Over the last two years I feel that I have been pretty responsive to people's issues and requests. Two weeks of limited availability out of two years seems pretty reasonable to me. I just got back, and I am only catching up with e-mail now. Work is underway to fix up the website. What specific issues have you noticed? Thank you for your patches. I have seen them but I haven't had the time to review them thoroughly and get back to you. Now that I am back, I will be getting around to them soon. As far as support for the Gumstix in general - you have to realize that because Gumstix is a fairly new platform for AstLinux, support is rather limited and the userbase is not that large at this point. With the upcoming release of AstLinux 0.5 and binary builds for the Gumstix this should change a little, but I doubt that it will ever be as widely adopted as the x86 builds. -- Kristian Kielhofner |
