Yes, the "Phonesuite CTI Client" can be used for CTI (TAPI) via the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) and it has an integrated softphone which works fine with Asterisk. There are 2 versions of the client:

I'm not sure, if the BLF keys in the client work without the (optional) Phonesuite CTI server. There is a separate license for "Präsenz-Management". To be sure I would call the programmer (he speaks German).
