What are your thoughts on whether we should offer the toolchain as a binary download for a x86_64 host build environment ?

We can still show how to use crosstool-NG 1.24.0 and .config to generate the toolchain.

I built the toolchain on a Debian 10.3 box, but it should run most anywhere given a glibc x86_64 host, correct ?
