Announcing Pre-Release Version: astlinux-1.3-4155-7d75e9

The AstLinux Team is regularly upgrading packages containing security and bug fixes as well as adding new features of our own.

-- Asterisk, version bump to 13.25.0 and added new LTS version 16.2.1 for testing.

-- Linux Kernel 3.16.64, security and bug fixes.

-- busybox, *major* version bump to 1.30.1, security and bug fixes.

-- ne, new package, version 3.1.2, the nice editor, alternative to nano
   ne is easy to use for the beginner, but powerful and fully configurable for the wizard.
   Includes syntax checking for: asterisk, conf, ini, perl, sh
