Gosh I have had some issues with Asterisk 13. Just found another bug affecting me; ASTERISK-25676. This was causing one way voice for calls to some numbers.
Fixed in 13.17 so I highly recommend that you don't use 13.15 which is in 1.2.10. Im trying to find a workaround so I don't need to upgrade all my sites AGAIN!
Unfortunately I have one site I cant upgrade as my queue crash bug is not fixed yet.

Looks like I wont be going to the next LTS release until its practically EoL ☹
