Morning,
Some additional information that might help
The jffs2 file is 10.6 MB. Does this seem about right for a default config
image? If so, it would seem that it could fit directly into the Gumstix
Flash and load from there. ( I have not tried this yet)
I did locate the mkimage tool in the staging_dir/bin and ran it on the jffs2
image. It got me past the Bad Magic Number issue when I try to boot it. This
time however, it errors with an invalid instruction. I used a load address
of a2000000 and and entry point of a2000000 and specified no compression as
parameters to mkimage.
Of course, if my original image is bad, nothing is going to work. Do any
gumstix factory images exist yet?
Any pointers?
Thanks
