Hello,
I am completely new to asterisk. (I run serveral linux boxes,
however.) After burning hours reading voip-info.org I have decided
just to post my questions.
I have astlinux livecd. I installed it onto one of two hdd. I then
discovered that changes I made to the conf files were not preserved
across a reboot. I guess the livecd installs a compressed image? I
have a second hdd. Is there a way to direct the conf files there?
Second question: How to load skinny? I have tried adding 'load =>
chan_skinny.so' to modules.conf to no avail. I have also started the
asterisk console and tried 'load chan_skinny.so' and am greeted with a
loader.c error 'File not found.' What am I missing here?
