Hey all. Just deployed an Astlinux box with a Digium TE110P E1 interface card and there's a wee bit of a problem. Seems to keep yellow alarming and saying it can't disable echo cancellation. Double checked config with a working system that we've already deployed and everything is fine from that side. A couple sites say this problem indicates a bad card but our supplier won't take it back without the results from the patlooptest utility that comes with Zaptel. Unfortunately that's not on Astlinux and I'm not familiar enough with the dev environment to build it from scratch...... so..... if anyone happens to have a binary of patlooptest compiled for astlinux I would *really* appreciate copy. Thanks in advance. Cheers Craig Craig Hamilton, CISSP Operations Manager OfficeLink Plus Pty. Just because I'm a nice guy, here ya go. I need to talk with Kristian to decide if we want to included these in the base image. They don't take up much space and I can't think of a good reason why NOT to include them, but there may be one. http://www.djhsolutions.com/astlinux/zaptel-test-bins.tar.gz Darrick Craig Hamilton wrote: > Hey all. > > Just deployed an Astlinux box with a Digium TE110P E1 interface card > and there's a wee bit of a problem. Thanks Darrick. Having those tools included would be quite useful. When we're fighting with Telstra about what's wrong with the ISDN line it's nice to say that we've checked the card out fully on-site. Cheers Craig -----Original Message----- From: ast...@li... Hi Darrick. Yes, the tools work fine, thanks. They confirmed a faulty TE110P so that's good... now to convince the distrubutor to take it back. :P We also have a Sangoma A101 E1/T1 card and the 0.4.5 RC2 build works well with that card.
