[Astlinux-users] can't use installed Astlinux CF card on my Secondary IDE Controller as master.

Hi all,
I get a new Mainboard Geode GX1LCD/s Plus  with  CF Card slott on backside 
of Mainboard and
I try to use it and put installed CF Card with  Astlinux and in the middle 
from boot i get kernel panic  error...

vfs:cannot open root device "hda" or unknown-block(0,0)
please appent a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel panic - not syncing:vfs:unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)


problem is CF card adapter is on second Ide Controller.. and there is a 
problem.
I try to install on a new CF Card  and i get the same error
is there a way to use  the second onboard controller .....and CF as secodary 
IDE

  Please chose the correct GRUB option where root=/dev/hdc1 on the
kernel command line.

I have similar issues with the LEX Neo systems I like to use ... What I did
is edit the GRUB.CONF file in the //ROOT/BOOT section to include the
following ...

title AstLinux (Lex Neo - Boot IDE-2m, USB KeyDisk)
	root (hd0,0)
	kernel /boot/bzImage root=/dev/hdc1 astlinux=i586 astkd=/dev/sda1
ide=nodma
	savedefault

What this does is tell the OS to use the first partition of the secondary
ide controller as the boot device and use the first partition of the first
USB device for the KeyDisk ...
