I implemented the same now im my project.
But is there no way to use the internal 'attended transfer' from =
Asterisk?

Hi there,

I did implement transfer based on conference. That means you put your=20
first call onhold, call a second party, join everybody in a conference=20
and drop yourself. It's available in the cvs of the GJTapi-project=20
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/gjtapi).
