[Asterisk-java-devel] Move to SVN

I am currently about to migrate Asterisk-Java to Java5 as your responses
showed nobody will have a problem with that.
While I am about to change things I also moved to SVN. The new
Asterisk-Java repository is now available at
	http://svn.reucon.net/repos/
Maybe I will change that before public announcement but I am rather sick
of relying on sourceforge for version control. Their CVS is often
unavailable and the sync between the read/write and public cvs servers
is a pain.
I also changes Asterisk-Java's package name to org.asteriskjava instead
of the former net.sf.asterisk (a package name that I really never
owned ;)
